Pumpkin Pudding

 A simple method for making pumpkin kheer is given below.

Material:

• Three hundred to four hundred grams pumpkin (remove peel and seeds, and cut into small pieces)

•Take one liter milk

•One cup sugar (you can increase or decrease as per your taste)

•One teaspoon ghee

•Half teaspoon cardamom powder

• Nine cashew nuts

• Four almonds

• One spoon coconut flakes

•One spoon chironji

 How to make Pumpkin Kheer

• Put milk to boil in a pan and then let it heat.


• Heat ghee in another pan and fry the pumpkin well, until it becomes light golden and ghee starts oozing out.


• Now add boiled milk to it and mix well.


• Let the roasted pumpkin cook with milk until the pumpkin turns ocher in color and cook until the kheer becomes thick.

  • Now add sugar, cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almonds, chironji, coconut powder and mix well.

• Let the kheer cool and then serve it. After cooling it, you can keep it in the fridge to cool and then serve it.


This pumpkin kheer is a delicious and nutritious dish, and can be made even during fasting.
