When children's teeth are emerging, various diseases can affect them, causing both physical and mental distress. They may face various issues such as fever, cough, vomiting, eye or head pain, and sometimes pain throughout the body. This can make children irritable, crying, and experiencing greenish-yellow diarrhea. Not only the child but also family members are distressed during this time. It is essential not to overdose the child with medications, as excessive consumption is not considered beneficial. Carefully provide only the necessary medicines mentioned in this article to help the child stay healthy and aid in the eruption of their teeth.

Treatment for Easy Teething

  • Prepare a powder from amla (Indian gooseberry) and dhava (stone apple) flowers. Mixing this powder with honey and applying it to the child's gums will provide relief from pain and accelerate the teething process, which will be quite beneficial for the child.
  • Combine peepal (sacred fig) and dhay (wild pear) flower powder with honey. Gently massage the child's gums with this mixture two to three times a day over two days. This helps in making teething easier and reduces pain.

  • Take nine grains of rice, nine grains of birolikernel (Biroli geeri), one soft acacia(Babool) leaf, and one gram of opium. Crush them finely with water, making six pills. Dissolve these pills in the child's mother's milk on Sundays and Tuesdays. Administering this solution will help the teeth come out easily, and pain will also be reduced. During teething, issues like fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, and body pain are eliminated, and the child's health also improves.

  • Create a necklace from cirrus seeds and make the child wear it around the neck. This is known to assist in easy teething.

  • Wrap zinc and copper wires in velvet, creating a talisman, and tie it around the child's neck to alleviate teething pain.

  • Wearing a seashell necklace provides relief from teething pain and facilitates the teeth's emergence.

  • Applying a mixture of lime and honey on the teething child's teeth promotes easy teething and reduces discomfort.

  • Grinding suhaga (borax) with honey and applying it to the child's gums aids in quick teething.

  • Mixing cowrie ash with honey and applying it to the child's gums contributes to early teething.

  • Boil milk thoroughly by adding teak and kakrasingi. Applying this mixture to the soles of the child's feet before sleeping helps in addressing the issue of teeth grinding during sleep.
